For example, under the buttocks in virasana, or under the bent knee thigh for taller people when working standing poses straddling a chair. But, I want two of them to work my way down to the floor in arm balances such as bhujapidasana and lolasana where a regular block is too easy and hands on the floor is not yet possible."
